Welcome
I fish for salmon and bottomfish year round in season on the calm protected waters of Puget Sound. Bottomfishing is open
all year. Winter "Blackmouth" Chinook season is open February 16th through April 10th, then reopens on June 1st, remaining
open until January 1st.
When targeting Salmon, I use light tackle on downrigger trolling gear, or drift fish with herring
or jigged lures for Kings, Coho, Silverbrights, and on odd-numbered years, pinks are
available. The season ends on December 31.
In addition to salmon and bottomfishing, I offer crabbing and shrimping when in season, along with cruising, commercial
surveys, and memorials or scattering of ashes by special arrangement.
